摘要
传统的模具设计采用多层次、多环节、直线职权型组织结构,即串行方法,缺乏必要的信息交流,造成产品必须反复修改才能满足客户需求,推迟了产品的上市时间,增加了开发成本。对实施模具并行工程的可行性进行论证,提出注塑模具设计与制造并行工程的集成组织结构和实现模具并行工程的关键技术以及实现这些关键技术的手段和方法。
The traditional mold design used a serial engineering methods. This approach adopted multi-level,multi-link,a straight-line of organizational structure, which made the relevant departments lack the necessary exchange of information. With the accelerated rhythm of modern life, it required mold industry to implement product design and mold manufacture integrated systems. The feasibility of the implementation of mold concurrent engineering was demonstrated and the concurrent engineering organizational structure of injection mold design and manufacture was proposed. It introduced the key technology of implementing concurrent engineering of injection mold and how to improve it.
