喷射现象是注射成型过程中一种导致制品缺陷的常见现象。借助注射成型可视化实验装置,记录和研究注射成型过程中熔体的喷射过程,通过改变工艺参数、浇口尺寸和形式改善喷射缺陷,进而提出注射成型喷射现象的解决措施。

The jetting phenomenon was a common cause which led to defects in injection molding process. By virtue of visualization experimental equipment in injection molding, the forming process of jetting defect was studied and recorded. The jetting phenomenon improved by changing the process parameters, gate size and gate type. Then, solving measures of the defect were presented.
