摘要 利用Moldflow/MPI对结构复杂、壁厚差异大的汽车内饰件进行气辅注射成型模拟分析,合理地设置浇口和进气口位置以及其他工艺参数,防止短射和气体渗透现象的发生,获得良好的气体型腔和表面质量。实验验证与模拟分析结果一致,为同类产品提供参考。 The automotive upholstery with the complicated structure and a large difference in wall thickness, were gas-assisted injection molding simulated by the Moldflow/MPI gas-assisted injection molding simulation analysis module. By setting the gate location, the gas entrance location and other technological parameters, the short-shot and gas permeability' s phenomenon were eliminated, and the good gas cavity and surface quality were abtained. The experimental verification and simulation results were approximately consistent, so it provided references for similar products.
