摘要
本研究结果表明,施药后30天,灭幼脲三号125mg/L、灭扫利100mg/L、水胺硫磷400mg/L对金纹细蛾的防治效果分别为99.1%、41.0%、52.1%。灭幼脲三号常用剂量对金纹细娥跳小峰成虫和蛹茧,以及异色瓢虫2龄幼虫无直接毒性,也不影响两种天敌幼虫生长发育和变态,而灭扫利和水胺硫磷常用剂量对两种天敌直接杀伤作用很强。
The effect of the chitin synthesis inhibitor Dichlorbenzuron on the asiatic apple leaf miner(AAL)Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats, and its two major enemies was studied in the field and laboratory. 30 days of exposure, the effects of Dichlorbenzuron(125mg/L), fenpropnthrin (100mg/L ) and isocarbophos (400mg/L ) to control asiaticapple leaf miner are 99. 1 %, 41. 0% and 52.1 %;respectively. Dichlorbenzuron is saferto the adult, larvae and pupae of Eulophidae, Ageniaspisn testaceipes Ratz, and has nosignificant effect to the larvae of Lets axyridis (Pallas ). Fenpropnthrin and isocarbophosare very danger to the two natural enemies.
