摘要
通过分析目前数字化变电站的特点,得出目前数字化变电站发展的技术瓶颈,提出全数字网络化二次系统的概念,结合洛阳金谷园数字化变电站改造工程中的先进技术应用,阐述了利用数字化变电站网络信息交互突破设备间'互操作'本质内涵,网络化功能的实现方式,以及创新功能对促进数字化变电站技术发展的重要意义,为智能变电站和智能电网的建设提供帮助。
The technological bottlenecks of the digital substation are summed up from the analysis of the characteristics of the digital substation and the concept of network secondary systems in digital substation is proposed.Through the introduction of the advanced technology in Luoyang Jinguyuan digital substation project,this paper breaks through the essential connotation of the interoperability between equipments using the digital substation network information exchange,and elaborates the implementation and performance comparison of network function as well as the important meaning of the innovation function for the digital substation technology promotion.
