新型链传动式风力机气动性能的数值模拟

摘要 新型链传动式风力机在8 m/s以下的风速范围内叶片变形量很小,可以简化为理想的平板叶片,利用Fluent软件对其在8 m/s以下的不同风速工况进行气动性能的数值模拟计算,仿真叶片气动流场流态,观察其叶片表面压强分布、流速分布、湍流强度、流速矢量等流态图,并计算新型链传动式风力机风能利用系数,与实验值进行比较,验证风力机气动性能数值模拟的可靠性,为新型链传动式风力机叶片及整机的设计、改型和研发工作提供技术参数和指导意见。 Under 8 m/s wind speed the leaf deformation of the new chain drive-type wind machine is very small, it can be regarded as the ideal flat blades, using the Fluent software to Numerical Aerodynamic Performance simulation the different working conditions under the 8 m/s wind speed, simulating the blade aerodynamic field flow pattern, observing the blade surface pressure distribution, velocity distribution, turbulence intensity, velocity vector such as flow pattern map, and calculating the new chain drive-type wind turbine wind energy utilization coefficient compared with the experimental data to verify the wind Machine reliability of the numerical simulation of aerodynamic performance for the new chain drive-type wind turbine rotor blade and the machine design, reform, and research and development to provide technical parameters and guidance.
