摘要
基于东江水利枢纽工程,结合工程地质条件,介绍上游围堰吹填砂层振冲处理施工,包括施工方案、施工工艺和质量控制。同时阐述下游围堰高喷防渗墙分段施工,包括施工方案、搭接段施工以及质量控制。结果表明,振冲法可有效对有密实度要求的砂层地基进行加固处理,分段喷射工艺可有效预防喷射塌孔、埋管等问题的发生,从而提高生产效率,达到预期效果。
Based on the engineering of Dongjiang hydro-junction and geological conditions,vibroflotation treatment construction is selected at hydraulic-fill sand layer of upstream cofferdam,including construction scheme,construction technology,quality control.The section construction of high-pressure jetting diaphragm at wall at downstream cofferdam is outlined,such as construction scheme,lap segment construction and quality control.The results show that sand-layer foundation with compactness demands is effectively treated by the means of vibroflotation method.Furthermore,problems can be prevented by adopting section grouting technology,such as hole collapse,buried pipe,which can improve productivity to achieve expected effect.
