摘要
金色港湾商住区49号楼筏板基础大体积混凝土工程采用抛石混凝土工艺。基于施工特点和难点,介绍材料配合比和作业面准备。同时,介绍混凝土分段分层浇筑、抛石工艺、泌水处理以及混凝土养护等施工技术。通过标准养护对比试验,检测施工强度。结果表明,本技术可解决大体积混凝土夏季施工问题,从而缩短施工工期和降低施工成本。
The riprap concrete technology is adopted in the raft foundation about mass concrete of building 49 in Jinse Gangwan.Based on construction difficulties and characteristics,material mix proportion and work surface preparation are introduced.Besides,construction technologies are outlined including pouring by segmentation and layer,riprap technology,bleeding treatment and concrete maintenance.The construction strength is tested by comparison test of normal maintenance.The results present that it can solve construction problems of mass concrete in summer,which can shorten construction period and decrease construction cost.
