摘要
水轮发电机组转子安装是一项费工、费时的工作,安装质量将会影响水轮发电机组的长期、安全、稳定运行。基于长潭河水利水电枢纽工程,根据转子安装工艺难、质量要求高的特点,介绍施工准备、磁轭清洗分类。着重阐述转子中心体安装、转子扇形支架安装和立筋安装。并根据焊接要求,介绍焊接顺序和焊接工艺。结果表明,转子各安装工艺控制较好,满足施工要求。
The rotor installation of water-wheel generator is with labor and time consuming,besides,installation quality can affect the operation with long time,safety and stability of water-wheel generators.Based on the hub engineering of Changtanhe Hydropower Station,construction preparation and yoke cleaning are introduced according to the characteristics such as difficult installation technology,high requirements of quality.Furthermore,rotor installation items are outlined including core,fan-shaped supporting and vertical bar.The welding sequence and technology are put forward under welding requirements.The results show that the installation technology is controlled to meet the demands of construction.
