摘要
基于技术创新和机电安装项目技术创新的理念,结合机电设备安装经验,以重庆富金坝电站机电安装项目为例,介绍项目技术创新的一般程序、工作方法和规章制度等,重点阐述了如何抓好项目技术创新的要求,包括高度重视技术创新工作、以科学的态度对待技术创新以及调动技术人员的积极性、充分发挥专业技术人员的作用。
Based on the idea of technology innovation about electrical installation project and the experience of electrical equipment installation,taking electrical installation project of Fujin Dam Power Station in Chongqing as example,contents of project technology innovation are outlined including general procedure,work method,as well as rules and regulations.Besides,how to innovate project technology is introduced on emphasis,such as with high priority for innovation,with scientific attitude,with motivation for technical staff.Thus,it can play full role of professional and technical personnel.
