摘要
基于黄河某工程进行的项目评估实践,根据项目评估原则,全面介绍了项目评估内容、投标决策阶段、施工阶段的静态评估及动态管理、竣工后评价各阶段的主要做法和注意事项。通过抓好投标决策阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段的评估工作,提高了企业管理水平,加强了经营管理,从而取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the project elevation in some engineering cost beside Yellow River,and according to principles of project elevation,main steps and attention points are introduced,involved in content of project,bidding stage,static elevation and dynamic management during construction,as well as elevation of every stage after construction completion.The enterprise management is improved and enhanced by putting the elevation of bidding stage,construction,completion.Thus,good economic benefit and social benefit are achieved.
