摘要
基于厦深铁路7标段路基工程,结合地质特点,施工前进行室内试验和工艺性试验,对施工参数进行选择。经过比较论证,采用高压旋喷桩对软基进行加固。介绍加固过程中的施工工艺、质量控制措施、质量检查验收。同时对高压旋喷桩质量检测过程中存在取芯困难、易偏斜的现象,提出解决办法。结果表明,在软基加固中,采用高压旋喷桩可有效保证施工质量和安全。
Based on the roadbed engineering of No.7 bid section in Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway,laboratory test and technological test were done before construction according to geological characteristics.The construction parameters are selected.Besides,the high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles are selected to strengthen soft foundation.The construction technology,quality control measures and quality acceptance are introduced during the process of strengthening.When the coring difficulties and inclination exist during the process of quality test in high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile,the corresponding methods are put forward.The results show that high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile is adopted to ensure the construction quality and safety.
