混杂纤维板在机械锚固快速加固法中的应用

摘要 FRP板机械锚固快速加固法是一种新型的FRP加固方法,可以通过铆钉快速地将FRP板固定在构件表面,达到快速、有效加固的目的。传统的FRP板由于典型的正交各向异性,打入铆钉后,当FRP板承受较高的拉力时,很容易表现出劈裂破坏,不能满足快速加固法的适用要求,而新型的混杂纤维板在纵横两个方向都具有较高的抗拉强度,其性能满足快速加固法的使用要求。介绍了这种新型的FRP板在机械锚固快速加固法中的应用,包括锚固性能、破坏模式和施工方法等。 Rapid strengthening with mechanically fastened-fiber reinforced polymer sheets(MF-FRP) is a new type of FRP reinforcement method.FRP sheets can be fixed to the component surface quickly by rivets to achieve the purpose of rapid and effective strengthening.Due to the typical orthogonal anisotropy,traditional FRP sheets are easy to show cleavage fracture when subjected to high tension after the rivet thwacked that can not meet the applicable requirements of MF-FRP.The new hybrid fiber FRP sheets have high tensile strength in both vertical and horizontal directions that can meet the applicable requirements of MF-FRP.In this paper,the use of hybrid FRP sheets in MF-FRP is described,besides,the anchor performance,failure modes and construction methods are introduced.
