摘要
本文从国家"能源安全"角度出发,分析了制定和实施"能源安全总体战略"的基本构思,并以此为依据提出了山西产业结构调整与再造必须完成的基本任务。
In the view of national energy safety, the paper analyzes the basic prospects of formulation and implementation of energy safetY strategy. And also, it provides the basic tasks for industrial structure adjustment and reconstruction of Shanxi Province.
