摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)与血脂检测的临床应用。方法:通过应用日本Hitachi7060全自动化分析仪检测126例冠心痛患者和50例健康体检者的血清hs-CRP、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA,、ApoB浓度,统计分析各组之间关系。结果:冠心痛各组患者血清hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB浓度均比健康对照组显著增高(P<0.05),两组ApoA1,浓度无明显差异,而HDL-C浓度冠心病各组明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05),冠心病各组血脂各指标浓度均无显著差异。结论:hs-CRP作为一种低水平炎症敏感标志物,可作为冠心病患者独立危险因素来评价冠心病患者的病情,在冠心病的发生发展中能较好地预测冠心痛的危险程度,冠心痛患者存在明显血脂代谢紊乱,但血脂代谢紊乱可能仅为发病基础,而血脂紊乱后致血管的病理变化和炎症反应才是导致冠心痛患者病情进一步恶化的原因,故临床中应联合检测血脂各项,特别是TC、TC/HDL-C的值,才能较准确预测冠心病患者冠脉事件的发生危险程度。
Objective: To discuss the clinical application of serum hs- CRP and lipids detection and the correlation between them in coro- nary heart disease. Methods: The levels of serum hs-CRP.TC,TG.HDL -C.LDL -C.APOA1 ,ApoB were all measured in 126 coronary heart disease and 50 normal eases. Results: The study shows that the coronary heafi disease group had higher level hs- CRP.TC.TG,LDL-C^APOB and lower level HDL -C than the control group.but the levels of serum lipids in coronary herut disease had no significance.Conclusion:The levels of serum ha - CRP is significantly associated - with serum lipids level and inflammatory response,and the hs- CRI might play an important role in the pathogenesis and state evolvement of coronary heart disease.and the metabolism of sentm lipids significantly turbulence.So the higherlevel of hs - CRP and serumlipids( espe-- cially TC and TC/HDL - C) is, thegreater nsk there wiU be for eoronanry heart disease.
