剖析与预测建筑未来兴衰的历史必然，以寻机遇。建筑在西方发达国家的黄金时代已随工业时代一去不返，然而还有新的必然机遇。海外市场的竞争及重要性，将比２０ 世纪突出。亚洲将来临的建筑黄金时代，比西方在２０ 世纪的复杂。
In seeking the opportunity, we must dissect and forecast the historic necessity of architecture's persperous and decline in the future. In the western countries, the golden time of the architecture has gone with the fall of the industrial ages, but there will be new necessary opportunity. Competition and its signiticance of market abroad will be much more protruding than that of the 20th century. The coming golden time of architecture in Asia will be more complex than that of the 20th century in the west.
