摘要
本文介绍了一种针对ISO7816智能卡电气特性和逻辑特性检测原理所设计的新型智能卡测试仪器。该仪器以片上系统为基础,采用集成了多种功能设备的C8051微控制器,并外扩电气参数测试电路、逻辑特性测试电路、及测试数据存储及显示电路,实现了检测与存储通信一体的测试系统。本文介绍了该测试仪器的整体结构设计及细化,逻辑功能测试过程,及模拟调试过程。该过程对同类设计具有启发和借鉴作用。
An new intelligent card testing instrument is designed according to the measuring principles of the electrical parameters and logical properties of ISO7816 intelligent card. Based on system on chip(SOC), the instrument applies the CS051F microcontroller integrating multiple functions , and extends the electrical parameter measuring circuits, logical characteristics measuring circuits, data storage and display circuits, and achieves the integration of detection, storage and communication. The design and refinement of the overall structure, the testing process of logical function, and the simulative debugging process are introduced in this paper.This process is a good instance to the similar design.
