摘要
本文介绍了一个基于LabVIEW开发的用于研究心肺交互作用的显示、分析软件。软件的核心算法封装在matlab生成的com组件中,LabVIEW通过调用com组件,实现参数的计算功能。此软件可实现多通道生理参数的显示和分析,方便研究者连续、反复信号观察,为生理数据的可视化提供了便利的工具,同时也为快速搭建类似的软件系统提供了开发思路。
This paper introduces a display and analysis software based on LabVIEW which is used for displaying and analyzing the interaction of cardiopulmonary. The software encapsulated the arithmetic in the format of component object model in matlab, and achieved the computing function by means of calling the module in LabVIEW. It can and basically analyze the multi-channel physiological parameters, so it is convenient for the continuously and repeatedly observing all parameters. Therefore, it provides an easy video tool for physiological signal, and presents the idea to construct the similar software system.
