对住宅商品房使用新型墙材的探讨

Approach of using new type walling materials for marketable residential buildings

为在住宅商品房建设中推广应用新型墙体结构和新型墙材，使房地产商和住户都能感到由此而带来的经济实惠，提出３个措施：一是从增加住房使用面积来看，售房按使用面积计价；二是节能住宅应优质优价；三是将墙改“专项用费”直接返退给住户。

order to use new type walling materials and adopt new type walling material structure in the marketable residential buildings,and bring more profits to developers and residents,some suggestions have been put forward:(1)markerable houses should be measured by living areas;(2)quality energy saving marketable houses should be sold in high prices:(3)'special fee of walling materials'should be feed back to the residents.
