针药结合治疗甲亢性突眼症临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine in Treating Thyrotoxic Exophthalmos

目的:探讨针药结合治疗甲亢性突眼症的临床疗效。方法:将52例患者(计104只眼)随机分为针药组(27例,54只眼)和西药组(25例,50只眼);针药组采用针刺结合甲巯咪唑和优甲乐治疗,西药组仅予甲巯咪唑和优甲乐治疗,疗程3个月。观察比较两组患者眼部症状的改善情况。结果:针药组在改善甲亢性眼症中上睑痉挛后缩、眼睑闭合不全、多泪、畏光、酸胀、结膜充血、异物感、眼疲劳和眼球运动障碍等症状优于西药组(P<0.01),而对复视的改善两组则无明显差异。结论:针药结合可有效改善甲亢性突眼症患者的眼部症状。

Objective ： To study the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of thyrotoxic ex- ophthalmo. Methods： Fifty-two cases of thyrotoxic exophthalmo with 104 eyes were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 27 cases were treated with acupuncture and Thianlazole and Levothyroxine Sodium, and control group in which 25 eases were treated with Thiamazole and Levothyroxine Sodium alone, with a coume of 3 months. The eye symptoms were scored before and af- ter treatment. Results ： Such symptoms as blepharospasm, hypophasis, hyperdacryosis, photophobia, distention, conjunetival eongestion, foreign body sensation, asthenopia and eye movement disorders were improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, while diplopia was improved insignificantly between the two groups. Conclusion： Combined acupuneture and medicine is quite effective for the eye symptoms of thyrotoxic exophthalmo.
