住宅区户外环境指标的研究

Study on the Norms of Outside Environment in Residential Areas

本文对城市住宅区户外环境质量控制问题，从环境使用强度的概念提出以人均户外敞地面积指标作为环境质量控制的基本指标，重点对人均户外敞地指标的内容、它与容积率和住宅层数及建筑密度指标的计算关系及其应用等几方面进行了分析研究，只是许多应该涉及到的情况在文中未论及，仅作提供一个可以进一步开展研究的基础。

Based on the concept of 'intensity of environment use', this paper points out that the norm of per capita outdoor open space should be the basic norm of controlling environmental quality. Also, it studies the contents and method of calculation of this norm.
