舒适护理对疾病治疗效果的影响

Influence of comfortable nursing mode for disease＇s therapeutic efficacy

目的 探讨舒适护理在疾病治疗中的效果.方法 将914例患者随机分为观察组（457例）及对照组（457例）,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理.比较两组的满意度、舒适度、疾病认识程度及不良反应.结果 观察组的舒适度、满意度、对疾病与药物的认识程度明显高于对照组,不良反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 舒适护理保证了患者的舒适度,提高了护理工作的满意度和疗效.

Objective To explore the influence of the comfort care in treatment of disease.Methods From January 2005 to May 2009,914 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into the study group（n=457） and the control group（n=457）.The control group was carried out in the way of the routine care,the study group had been provided the comfort care on the basis of the routine care.Comfortability degree,satisfactory,recognition of disease and treatment and adverse effect were observed.Results The rate of comfortability degree,satisfactory,recognition of dis-ease and treatment in the control group were significantly lower than the study group（P〈0.05）.The rate of adverse effect in the study group were significantly lower than the control group（P（0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care could ensure the patients＇sense of comfort,and improve the degree of satisfaction and the quality of the nursing care.
