维持性血液透析患者长期导管相关感染防治方法的探讨 被引量：5

摘要 目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者长期导管相关感染的防治方法.方法 回顾性总结了应用长期导管作为维持性血液透析血管通路患者40例,分析其中的导管相关感染情况.结果 发生导管感染30例次,占导管使用总例次数的66.7%,感染发生与导管使用时间相关,病原菌以葡萄球菌为主.结论维持性血液透析患者的长期导管感染发生率很高,积极防治导管相关性感染对确保血管通路畅通十分重要.
