B4号服务式办公楼为部分框支剪力墙结构的超限高层建筑,其楼板尺寸和平面刚度急剧变化、部分剪力墙沿竖向上下不能对齐。通过合理布置抗侧力构件、控制建筑物侧向刚度、提高薄弱部位的抗震性能、设置适当的构造等措施,使结构整体设计既满足建筑功能的需要,又符合现行规范的要求。
