[目的]探讨影响特发性面神经麻痹疗效的因素，为客观判断面神经麻痹的预后提供依据，从而有效指导临床。[方法]通过查阅相关文献，从病情、患者因素、治疗等方面对特发性面神经麻痹疗效相关因素进行分析总结。[结论]面神经损伤部位、面神经损伤程度、患者自身因素、治疗是影响特发性面神经麻痹的主要因素。客观准确地评价特发性面神经麻痹的病情及影响因素能指导预后的判断和准确治疗。

[ Objective ] Study issues affecting the efficacy of idiopathic facial paralysis factor to provide an objective basis for judging the prognosis of facial paralysis. [ Methods ] Analyzed and summarized efficacy - re- lated factors of idiopathic facial paralysis from the condition, patient factors, and treatment through access to relevant literature. [ortclusion] Part of facial nerve injury,facial nerve injury, patient＇s own factors, treament are the main factors of affecting. Assesse the condition of idiopathic facial paralysis and its influencing factors objectively and accurately so that guild the prognosis and treatment accurately.
