真武汤对肾阳虚型慢性肾功衰竭模型大鼠肾组织AQP1表达的影响

Study on the Effects of Zhenwu Decotion on the Expression of AQP1 in Rats of Chronic Renal Failure with Kidney- Yang Deficiency

[目的]观察CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达变化，研究真武汤对肾阳虚型CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达的影响。[方法]健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和真武汤组，采用腺嘌呤灌胃法建立肾阳虚慢性肾衰大鼠模型。成模后模型组及真武汤组大鼠每日上午继续灌服腺嘌呤，下午分别灌服生理盐水和真武汤连续21天后，采用免疫组化方法检测肾组织AQP1表达。[结果]与对照组比较，模型组大鼠肾组织AQPI表达水平降低（P〈0．05）；与模型组比较真武汤组大鼠肾组织AQP1表达明显升高（P〈0．05）。[结论]CRF大鼠肾组织AQP1表达降低，真武汤能够提高慢性肾衰大鼠肾组织AQP1的表达水平。

[ Objective] Observed renal AQP1 expression changes in CRF rat to explore the effects of Zhenwu decotion on the expression of AQP1 in rats of CRF with Kidney - Yang deficiency. [ Methods ] The healthy male Wistar rats were randomized divided into normal group, model group, Zhenwu decotion group. Rat model of CRF with kidney - yang deficiency was established by adenine ig. After two weeks adenine ig, rats of model group and Zhenwu decotion group were given with saline solution, and Zhenwu deeotion separately by garage for 21 days. Then detected renal AQPI expression by immunohistochemistry method. [Results] In immunohistoehemical detection, Compared with the normal group, the renal AQP1 expression of model group rats reduced （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the model group, the level of the renal AQP1 expression in Zhenwu decotion group rats rised （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusions] The level of the renal AQP1 expression in CRF group rats reduced. Zhenwu dccotion can increase AQP1 expression in rats of CRF with Kidney - Yang deficiency.
