中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛40例

Integrated Treatment of 40 Cases of Unstable Angina Pectoris

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛40例疗效。[方法]设治疗组40例，对照组39例。两组均用西药常规治疗服用阿司匹林、β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类药物、钙离子拮抗剂等。治疗组加服自拟冠心通方。[结果]治疗组显效16例，有效19例，无效5例。[结论]中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛，改善心电图缺血性变化，无明显不良反应，无毒副作用。

[ Objective ] Integrated Treatment of 40 cases of unstable angina pectoris. [ Method ] 40 patients with the treatment group, 39 patients in control group. Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine aspirin, 13 blockers, nitrates, calcium antagonists and so on. The treatment group took self GuanXinTongLuo side. [Results] 16 cases markedly effective 19 cases ,5 cases ineffective. [ Conclusion] Integrated Treatment of unstable angina,ischemic, ECG changes to improve ,no significant adverse reactions, no side effects.
