摘要
[目的]观察泽仁口服液治疗弱精子症的疗效。[方法]120例患者口服泽仁口服液3个月，观察治疗前后精液各项指标的变化和受孕情况。[结果]经治疗后，患者a级精子活力和（a＋b）精子活力和活率（a＋b＋c）均有明显改善，与治疗前比较，差异有显著性的意义（P〈0．01），受孕38例，占31．7％。[结论]泽仁口服液治疗弱精子症疗效显著。
[ Objective] Zeren oral liquid treatment efficacy of weak sperm. [ Method] 120 cases of patients with weak sperm Zeren oral liquid three months of treatment, changes in the indicators of semen and pregnancy situation. [ Results ] After treatment, patients with a grade sperm motility and （ a ＋ b） sperm motility and survival rate （ a ＋ b ＋ c） were significantly improved compared with before treatment, there were significant differences in the significance （P 〈0.01 ） , 38 cases of pregnancy, accounting for 31.7%. [ Conclusion]Zeren oral liquid treatment Asthenospermia significant effect.
