针刺配合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察及护理

Acupuncture and Point Injection Treatment of Nerve Root Type of Cervical Disease and Care

[目的]探讨针刺配合复方当归针穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病及护理。[方法]采用针刺风池、太阳、合谷、百会、颈夹脊穴，每天1次，每次留针20min，出针后，取上穴用复方当归针注射，每穴1mL，疗程10天。[结果]180例患者，痊愈150例（83％），显效20例（11％），有效9例（5％），无效1例（0．6％），总有效率为99．4％，无效率为0．6％。[结论]针刺配合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著，值得推广。

[ Objective] To compound Angelica needle Acupuncture point injection treatment of nerve root type of cervieal disease and care. [Method] acupuncture wind pool, sun, gu, Baihui, neck Jiaji, 1 time per day, each needle retention 20min, the needle, take the points with a needle injection of compound Angelica, Meixue 1mL, treatment 10 days. [Results] 180 patients, 150 cases cured （83%） were cured, 20 eases （11%）, 9 cases （5%）, ineffective in 1 （0.6%）, total effective rate was 99.4% invalid rate was 0.6 %. [ Conclusion] Acupuncture and Point Injection treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis and worth promoting.
