摘要
文章论述了什么是中国现代建筑艺术的情结，现代中国建筑美学现代性，境界与典型，消解艺术情结，生态美学和生态建筑艺术等方面的问题。作者认为：在生态科学影响下的建筑审美思考，有可能成为２１世纪中国建筑艺术的第四个源头。
Because of the radical change of global environment and quality of life, what was considered
good and beautiful is now to be doubted. We need to question our former way of aesthetic
judgement and why some artistic complexes always stick to Chinese architects like a limpet. To
find an answer we have to examine our understanding of modernity in Chinese architecture. To
better study ecologically sustainable Chinese architecture, we must abstain from the traditional
standpoint of seeking architectural immortality, which has haunted this profession for hundreds
of years, and establish an ecological frame of Chinese architectural morphology. Address:
