外墙外保温系统的工况监测与研究 被引量:4

Monitoring and Analysis on Working Conditions of Outer-wall External Thermal Insulation System

摘要 建筑外墙外保温系统现存的诸多问题与业内人士对其实际工况的认识不清以及由此对其耐候性的重视不够有很大关系。本文利用现代电子与数字技术,率先对北京地区外墙外保温系统的工况进行了实时监测与研究。结果表明,外墙外保温系统的实际工况比想像的恶劣的多,应加强对外墙外保温系统耐候性的重视;北京地区外墙外保温系统的实际工况与目前相关标准的耐候性试验条件基本吻合,建议相关单位对严寒地区和夏热冬暖地区的外墙外保温系统的实际工况进行监测,以制定更为合理的耐候性检测标准;外墙外保温系统的抹面砂浆宜厚些、饰面材料应以浅颜色为主。本文的监测与研究结果将有助于业内人士提高对外墙外保温系统工况的认识并更加重视其耐候性,也将有助于相关标准的制定与修订,并为今后更深入的理论研究奠定基础。 At present,there exist several problems in outer-wall external thermal insulation system,which is related to the misunderstanding of its real working conditions and the underemphasizing of its weather resistance.In this paper,using the modern electronic and digital technologies,monitoring and analysis of system real working conditions were carried out.The results indicated that the working conditions of this type of thermal insulation system were worse than it was expected to be,the weather resistance should be paid more attention.Furthermore,the real working conditions of this system in Beijing were in substantial agreement with the weather resistance test conditions of related standards.In order to develop the standards more reasonable,it was suggested to monitor the working conditions of outer-wall external thermal insulation system in extreme cold area and hot summer and cold winter area.Besides,thermal mortar of the system should be thicker and light cooler should be selected for the coating material.The conclusions of this paper would be helpful for enhancing the understanding of working conditions of outer-wall external thermal insulation system,as well as its weather resistance.Furthermore,some references for developing and revising standards were provided,and foundation were established for further theoretical studies.
