Experimental Study on Cooling Off-design Conditions of Frequency All Fresh Air Handing Unit

摘要 本文对变频全新风机组在变干、湿球温度条件下的制冷运行进行了实验研究,得出了机组的制冷量、输入功率、能效比、吸排气压力和吸排气温度等参数随进风干、湿球温度变化的关系,分析了变频全新风机组制冷变工况的运行特点,讨论了"变频"能量调节方式对变工况的适应性。研究结果为提高变频全新风机组制冷变工况的运行性能提供了有价值的参考。 In this paper,the experimental study was carried out to investigate the cooling operation performance of frequency all fresh air handing unit under the conditions of variable air dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures.The relationships of cooling capacity,power input,EER,suction and discharge pressures,suction and discharge temperatures vs.variable air dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures were presented.The characteristics of cooling operation under off-design conditions were analyzed.Meanwhile,the adaptability of frequency energy adjustment methods during off-design periods was discussed.The conclusions of this paper could be considered as the useful reference for improving the unit operation performance.
