摘要
本文将钢制采暖散热器欧洲标准和我国国家标准的技术要求进行了对比,重点就二者的试验压力、材质、散热量和金属热强度以及外形尺寸与极限偏差进行了分析和比较,得出如下结论:二者对工作压力的要求相同,但试验压力的要求不同;国家标准比欧洲标准多了散热量和金属热强度的要求;国家标准对钢制采暖散热器钢的化学成分要求稍低于欧洲标准,但是对钢的冶炼要求高于欧洲标准;对于钢制采暖散热器的外型尺寸偏差,欧洲标准较国家标准严格。
In this paper,the technical specifications of steel heating radiator of European and Chinese standards were compared and analyzed, including test pressure, material quality, heat dissipating capacity, metallic hot strength and overall dimensions and limited deviation. The conclusions were as follows, firstly, for these two kinds of standards, they had same working pressure specifications, but not for the test pressure. Secondly, there were specifications for heat dissipating capacity and metallic hot strength in Chinese standards, while the corresponding requirements were not concluded in European standards. Thirdly, the specifications of steel chemical composition in Chinese standards were not as strict as those in European standards, however, the steel smelt requirements were just the other way round. Finally,for the overall dimensions,the European standards were stricter than the Chinese ones.
