室内邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)暴露量分析 被引量:12

Analysis on Exposure of Indoor Phthalic Acid Esters

摘要 近期流行病学研究结果表明邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalic Acid Esters,PAEs)可导致人体呼吸系统、生殖系统和内分泌系统产生疾病。目前,室内PAEs的污染问题还未被足够重视,关于室内PAEs暴露量的研究鲜有报道。本文以文献报道的国内外室内PAEs的浓度为依据,估算了我国室内PAEs的气相和颗粒相浓度,并与发达国家相关数据进行了比较,并在此基础上分析了我国不同人群的PAEs暴露量。分析结果表明:我国室内邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的浓度(气相、颗粒相和降尘)明显高于发达国家;儿童PAEs的总暴露量明显高于成人,其中30%家庭的2~3岁儿童的DEHP暴露量超过美国环保局限定剂量。由此可以认为,我国室内PAEs的污染问题以及对人体健康的危害较发达国家严重,应引起人们及相关部门的足够重视。 The latest epidemiology studies demonstrated that phthalic acid esters(PAEs) can induce the illness of respiration,reproduction and incretion systems.At present,the importance of indoor PAEs pollution was not recognized adequately by the people,and the research on indoor PAEs exposure was quite few.In this paper,according to the indoor PAEs concentrations of China and other foreign countries,the indoor PAEs gas-phase and particle-phase concentrations were estimated and compared with values of other developed countries.In addition,the indoor PAEs exposures of different people in China were determined.The results indicated that indoor concentrations of dimethyl phthalate(DMP),diethyl phthalate(DEP) and di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP) in China were higher than those of the developed countries.Furthermore,the total exposure of PAEs for children was much higher than that for the adult,and the DEHP exposure for the children of 2 ~ 3 years old in 30% families had exceeded the reference dose provided by U.S.Environmental Protection Agency(EPA).To sum up,the pollution situation of indoor PAEs and the resulted health harm in China were more serious than those in the developed countries,and therefore,the importance of indoor PAEs should be paid more attention by the people and government.
