卵母细胞冷冻损伤研究现状

摘要 卵母细胞在冷冻过程中结构很容易受到损伤,这些损伤包括颗粒细胞、透明带、细胞膜、纺锤体及超微结构等的损伤。文章阐述了目前在这些方面的研究概况,以期为进一步优化卵母细胞冷冻保存技术提供理论依据。
