市售染发剂中32种染料的使用情况调查

Investigation of 32 Dyes used in Hair Formulations from Market

目的研究市售染发剂中染料的使用情况。方法使用可检测32种染料的液相色谱法对2008年在浙江、江苏、上海3个地区随机抽检的30例染发剂进行检测,分析其中所含的染料种类、数量等。结果 30例染发剂中共检出了14种染料,其中间苯二酚、p-苯二胺、m-氨基苯酚、p-氨基苯酚、4-氨基-2-羟基甲苯使用频率均在30%以上,染料的含量在0.07%到8.51%之间,有5例样品检出了违禁物质m-苯二胺。结论市售染发剂不合格率较高,染发剂对人体存在一定危害性,应加强监管及对新型检测方法的研究。

Objective To know the usage of dyes in hair formulations from market. Methods Thirty bottles of hair dyes were randomly collected from Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai in 2008, and the samples were detected by using liquid chromatography to analyze the kinds, content of dye compounds contained in the hair dyes. Results Fourteen kinds of dye compounds were detected from the 30 bottles of hair dyes, resorcinol, p-phenylenediamine, m-aminophenol, p-aminophenol, 4-amino-2-hydroxytoluene were the most highly used dyes, the frequencies were more than 30%, and the contents were from 0.07% to 8.51%. Conclusion The disqualification rate of market-sold hair dyes is high. Hair dyes are harmful to human health. It is necessary to improve consumers＇ awareness of safety, to strengthen supervision and to develop new test methods.
