摘要
目的建立同时测定消毒剂中的邻苯基苯酚和邻苯基对氯苯酚2种杀菌有效成分的高效液相色谱法。方法在C1(84.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱上,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为85∶15),流量为1.0ml/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为25℃下进行检测。结果邻苯基苯酚和邻苯基对氯苯酚的线性范围为5~200mg/L,相关系数为1.0000,检出限为1mg/L,相对标准偏差小于0.23%,加标回收率为93.2%~98.9%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,适合消毒剂中的邻苯基苯酚和邻苯基对氯苯酚的同时测定。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of o - phenylphenol and 2-benzyl-4-chlorophenol in disinfectant. Methods Two kinds of compounds were separated on a C18 column using methol+water=85+15 as mobile phase at a/low rate of 1.0 ml/min, at the column temperature of 25 ℃ and detection wave of 230 nm. Results The linearity range of o-phenylphenol and 2-benzyl-4-chlorophenol was 5-200 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 1.000 0. The limit of detection was 1 mg/L. The precision was less than 0.23% and the rates of recovery varied from 93.2% to 98.9%. Conclusion The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, accurate and is suitable for routine analysis, and can be used for the quality control of effective compounds in disinfectant.
