颗粒物对卵清蛋白致敏动物模型影响的研究进展

摘要 颗粒物对卵清蛋白(OVA)致敏动物模型影响的研究是近年国际上研究热点之一。该文对不同品系动物、不同的动物致敏和染毒过程和不同性质颗粒物对卵清蛋白致敏动物的影响进行分析,并综述了柴油机颗粒物(DEP)、碳纳米颗粒物、炭黑颗粒、浓缩大气颗粒物和香烟烟雾等不同类型颗粒物对卵清蛋白致敏动物的影响,研究提示颗粒物对卵清蛋白致敏动物的免疫因子、气管炎症、氧化损伤和基因表达等均有影响,并就颗粒物对卵清蛋白致敏动物影响的研究进行了展望。 New international research about the effects of ambient particulates on allergic animal models by ovalbumin(OVA) is reviewed in this paper. The differences in studying the effects of ambient particulates on several kinds of allergic animal models such as CBA/2N,BDF/1,C57BL/6,ICR,C3H/He,BN and BALB/c were reviewed; the ways of OVA exposure and sensitization, such as intraperitoneal injection, oral administration, respiration, intranasal and tracheal irrigation are studied. At the same time, the research of the characterization of DEP, nano-materials, as well as carbon nuclear and organic compounds of DEP is summarized. Finally, international research results about the effects of ambient particulates on allergic animal models by OVA were reviewed from four aspects: the biological characterization of the immune responses which are the increasing of protein content such as IL-5, IL-6, IL-13, MCP-1, inflammatory responses which are the aggravation of the infiltration of the neutrophilic granulocytes, lymphocytes and eosinophils and the proliferation of the tracheal epithelial goblet cells, oxidative damage which can be reflected through the detection of the oxidative stress marker 8-OHdG content and the content of SOD and GSH, the detection of the target sites at the gene level through the detection of gene expression of the protein.
