496名医学硕士研究生考试复试者社会性特质分析

Socialization character of the examinee in entrance examination of medical postgraduate

目的 分析硕士研究生考试复试者的社会性特质.方法 使用海斯曼心理CT系统对496名医学硕士研究生考试复试者和48名健康体验者进行明尼苏达多相人格调查问卷（MMPI）的测试,采用协方差分析对数据进行分析.结果 ①女性考研者的社会责任感和无社交性焦虑H1分数高于男性[分别为（59.1±9.0）分,（56.0±8.5）分,P＜0.01;（59.0±10.1）分,（57.3±8.6）分,P＜0.05];本科者的无社交性焦虑H1分数高于大专者[（58.3±9.4）分,（52.1±11.5）分,P＜0.05],与社会的疏远PD4A和与社会的疏远S1A分数低于大专者[分别为（44.2±7.6）分,（51.7±9.0）分,P＜0.01;（39.6±7.4）分,（45.9±9.6）分,P＜0.05];未婚者的与社会的疏远PD4A分数高于已婚者[（44.7±7.7）分,（42.9±7.1）分,P＜0.05].②经协方差分析控制性别、婚姻状况和受教育程度的影响后,考研者的与社会的疏远S1A分数明显高于健康体验者[（40.0±7.5）分,（35.2±6.8）分,P＜0.05].结论 考研者的社会性特质存在性别差异,受到婚姻状况和受教育程度的影响,具有与社会疏远的倾向.

Objective To study the socialization character of the examinee in entrance examination of medical postgraduate. Methods 48 examinee in physical fitness test and 496 examinee in entrance examination of medical postgraduate were investigated by applying minnesota nluhiphasie personality inventory （ MMPI）. Results ①Female postgraduate entrance examinee had higher scores of social responsibility and absence of social anxiety（H1） than male（59.1 ±9.0 vs 56.0 ±8.5, 59.0 ± 10.1 vs 57.3 ±8.6, P〈0.05）. Graduates had higher scores of absence of social anxiety（HI） （58.3 ±9.4 vs 52.1 ± 11.5, P〈0.05）, lower scores of alienation from the society （PD4A） and alienation from the society （ S1 A） （44.2 ± 7.6 vs 51.7 ± 9.0, 39.6_± 7.4 vs 45.9 ± 9.6, P〈 0.05） than junior college graduates. The umnarried persons had higher scores of alienation from the society （PD4A） than the married persons （44.7 ± 7.7 vs 42.9 ± 7.1, P 〈 0.05 ）. ②After controlling the effecv of gender, marital status and education level, covariance analysis demonstrated that postgraduate entrance examinee had higher scores of S1A （40.0 ± 7.5 vs 35.2 ± 6.8, P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are significant differences of socialization character among postgraduate entrance examinee with the difference of genders, marital status and education level. Postgraduate entrance examinee prefers alienation from the society.
