玉米柠檬酸废水的调查和分析 被引量:4

摘要 以玉米为原料先糖化后发酵生产柠檬酸,具有明显的先进性。但在生产过程中仍会排放大量的废水。文章针对玉米柠檬酸生产过程中所产生的废水,进行了详细的调查和分析,对废水的水量及性质进行了研究,生产1吨柠檬酸会产生34.83m3的废水,396.7kgCODCr,该研究是废水治理设计、环保管理等方面必不可少的基础工作。 That citric acid is produced from maize with saccharification - fermentation is a new technology, which has a lot of advantages. But still a lot of waste water is discharged throughout the production process .This paper focuses on wastewater discharging from every operation of the Process. In more than one year, the wastewater is measured and analyzed. From these data, the characteristics and quantity of wastewater is given.It is found that producing each ton of citric acid will discharge 34. 83m3, 396. 7 kgCODCr. The content of this paper is based on treatment design, environmental management and, etc.
