Taking a panoramic view of history of modern Anglo - American evidence scholarship, we may find a main line of thought throughout its history, namely, ＂ how to prove facts with evidence？＂ All brilliant thoughts and doctrines have given us unique explanations to this core theme, and all arguments and retorts among scholars of evidence law have also been presented as watershed representing different views and positions. Various explanations have led to decen- tralization and dehegemony in the field of modern evidence law and have made evidence scholar- ship become more multi -dimensional.
