摘要
HXD气流式烟丝干燥设备在进料阶段烟丝流量由小变大,由于流量不稳定造成烟丝干燥后存在偏潮或偏干问题,为此,对HXD前皮带输送机的运行模式进行了改进。当DCC滚筒开始生产时,控制HXD后续设备皮带输送机的运行速度,使皮带上的烟丝维持在正常过料时的厚度,当DCC滚筒出来的烟丝达到正常流量时,再按正常速度运行,从而较好地解决了生产开始阶段烟丝流量小的问题。改进后,HXD进料阶段烟丝干燥后能够快速达到工艺要求含水率,消除了烟丝偏潮或偏干现象,降低了烟丝消耗,提高了HXD物料流量的稳定性。
The tobacco entering HXD pneumatic cut tobacco drier increases gradually at the initial stage of tobacco feeding,the unsteady tobacco flow results in over-dried or under-dried cut tobacco,therefore,the running of front belt conveyor is modified.When DCC cylinder starts up,the thickness of tobacco carpet on the belt is kept at a normal level by lowering the speed of subsequent belt conveyer until the conveyer reaches its normal speed.After improving,the dried cut tobacco approaches to targeted moisture content quickly,the over-dried or under-dried cut tobacco is avoided,the consumption of cut tobacco decreases,and the stability of tobacco flow in HXD is improved.
