总结了我国公共图书馆服务体系理论研究中对公共图书馆服务体系定义的发展,阐述了基于大城市的以延伸服务为特点的"区域性服务网络"和基于中小城市的总分馆模式的两种图书馆服务体系建设现状,提出了相应的对策。

The paper summarizes the definition development of public library service system in theory research of public library service system and pounds the construction status of two service systems of public library on basis of regional network service in big cities and the mode of general and branch library in medium and small cities . Some countermeasures are put forward in the paper.
