Wang Kaiyun's Style of Classics Writing,Book Inscribing,and Scholarly Research

王闿运(1832-1916)是中国传统社会向近代社会过渡时期的一位著名学者,他一生笔耕不辍,著述宏富。从王闿运的几部经学著作可以看出其兼综经今古文的公羊学风格。同时,王闿运极为重视书籍的收藏与刊刻,他于1879年在尊经书院设立了专门校书刻书的尊经书局,对于传播古籍,提高院生的学习兴趣和教学质量,促进学术研究发挥了积极作用。

As one of the greatest scholars in the transitional period from Chinese traditional society to the modern society,Wang Kaiyun（1832-1916） was a productive writer who kept writing all his life. His confusion classics displayed the writing style of Gong-yang school. Wang Kaiyun devoted himself to classics collection and publishing. In 1879,he founded Zunjing Book Company in Zunjing academy and played an active role in promoting classics spreading,stimulating students＇learning interests,improving education quality and accelerating academic studies.
