摘要
通过对法国大学图书馆实地考察学习以及相关文献的统计分析,从建制结构、人员配备、经费预算、服务方式等方面简要介绍了法国大学图书馆的管理模式与特点。
Through related literature review and on - the - spot investigation, including libraries of University Paris, Uni- versity Toulouse and so on, the author introduces and analyzes issues such as structural model, staff development, budgetary re- sources in France. The focus is on the characteristics of library management models.
