摘要
研究读者心理学对于做好读者服务工作重大意义。基于读者在图书馆的心理需求规律和特点,提出了具有针对性的读者服务工作对策。
This paper analyzes the law and characteristic of readers' psychological needs in library by the psychological principles and puts forward the service countermeasure how to do well reader Service based on discussing the significance to research the reader psychology for good reader service.
