摘要
以经典的Biot固结理论为基础，推导并严格证明了考虑地震效应的固结方程的变分与其所对应的泛函表达式，以及B阶样条有限元求解的系统方程组。
On the basis of Blot's consolidation theory, function representation corresPOnding to the variational principle for consolidation equation with relation to the seisdric effect is deduced and rigorously testified. System finite element equation by using B spline function is presented.
