摘要
采矿作业过程中顶板灾害是一大安全隐患,在上向分层充填采矿法中充填体不能实现完全接顶,必须采取安全综合防治措施。文章主要从安全管理和安全技术这2个方面对顶板灾害采取防治措施。安全管理措施可达到安全管理控制和落实的目的,而安全技术措施可从本质上提高安全可靠度。
Accidents of roof stratum are a disaster during stoping operation,backfills can not be compacted to completely contact the roof stratum during upward horizontal cut and fill stoping operation,so some comprehensive precautions must be taken.Some precautions are proposed in terms of safety management and safety technology in the paper.The safety management measures can help to achieve the control and fulfillment of the safety management,while the technological safety measures can improve the safety reliability in nature.
