摘要
分析了大规格空气锤锤杆断裂在结构、材料与热处理和加工工艺等这几个方面可能存在的问题,并通过有限元分析,提出了结构优化及加工工艺改进方案,并经实际生产验证,效果良好。
The paper analyzes the large pneumatic hammer about problems that lead to its fracture existing in structure,material,heat treatment and manufacturing technique etc.It also offers the schemes to optimize the structure and improve the manufacturing technique,which proves excellent by actual production.
