基于工业以太网的煤矿热电厂输煤监控系统设计 被引量:4

Design of monitoring system for coal transportation in thermal power plant of colliery based on industrial ethernet

摘要 针对煤矿热电厂输煤系统中各级设备布局分散、难以统一调度等问题,以峰峰集团薛村煤矿输煤系统的工艺流程为背景,对系统经常出现的一些技术问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决方法。通过比较分布控制系统(Distributed Contrd Systym,DCS)、现场总线控制系统(Fioldbus Control System,FCS)及工业以太网等3种控制结构在输煤系统中的应用,提出了一种基于工业以太网通信协议的输煤自动化系统设计方案,并详细介绍了系统监控软件设计思想和相关通信协议设置,实现了输煤系统自动化控制及各级设备的监控保护。 In order to solve the problems that equipments of coal transportation system in colliery are located dispersedly,which brings about difficulties in scheduling together,the paper analyses the process flow of coal transportation system in Xuecun colliery of Fengfeng Group about some appeared technical problems and offers corresponding solutions.With contrasting the applications of distributed control system (DCS),fieldbus control system (FCS) and industrial ethernet to the coal transportation system,the paper proposes a kind of design scheme of automation control system used for coal transportation on the basis ofindustrial ethernet communication protocol,and elaborates the design thought of the system monitoring software and the settings of related communication protocol,so as to realize the automation control of coal transportation system as well as the monitor and protection of equipments at all levels.
